Όταν παραγγέλνετε από πίνακες ζωγραφικής Marie Artistic Joy, αγοράζετε ένα(α) κομμάτι(α) πρωτότυπης τέχνης ή μια εκτυπωμένη τέχνη. Όλοι οι πίνακες είναι πρωτότυποι και υπογεγραμμένοι στο χέρι. Όταν αγοράζετε έναν πίνακα, δεν αγοράζετε τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα και δεν έχετε καμία αξίωση για αυτό. Απαγορεύεται η αναπαραγωγή ή διανομή του έργου τέχνης για οποιονδήποτε σκοπό.

Διατηρώ το δικαίωμα να κάνω αναπαραγωγές οποιουδήποτε και όλων των έργων τέχνης που δημιουργώ, εκτός εάν ο Συλλέκτης έχει αγοράσει τα πλήρη ή μερικά δικαιώματα για το έργο τέχνης (αυτό είναι επιπλέον της αγοράς του πρωτοτύπου).

Ο συλλέκτης ή ο αγοραστής δεν επιτρέπεται να αναπαράγει το έργο τέχνης με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο χωρίς γραπτή άδεια.

Εάν το έργο τέχνης καταλήξει να αναπαραχθεί σε περιοδικό ή άλλα μέσα, ζητώ μόνο αναφορά.

All orders will be delivered using Hellenic Post

  • Greece takes 2-3 business days.

Rest of the World

Orders  shipped with Hellenic Post and they are traceable.

  • Europe takes 1-3 working days
  • Australia takes 5-10 working days
  • Russia takes 7-15 working days (We currently ship only with EMS)
  • For the rest of the world it takes around 3-5 working days

For Jewelry: Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow approximately 5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from Greece.

For artwork: When I receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Each order is shipped within 5-7 business days. This is to allow time for varnishing and drying before shipping. Artwork purchased from Marie Artistic Joy is for personal use only and cannot be used for marketing or promotional use except by the artist. All sales are final and non refundable. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork at: info@mariadesignart.com

International Shipping : Important Notes  Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.

Payment information is not retained by Marie Artistic Joy and we take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way through a Payment Processing System.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For Jewelry:

You can return products and get a refund. Please note postage will not be refunded unless we have sent you a wrong item.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and are nonrefundable.It has to be in its original packaging and at the same condition you received it, including the receipt. If destroyed it cannot be returned.I personally guarantee and check the quality of every jewelry I send.

Marie Artistic Joy is very discrete with your registration details. All your personal details will be
kept in our own administration and will never be given to third parties, unless you give us permission to do
so. If you have ordered items, your shipping address will be given to the distributor. They have to know
where you live of course.

For artwork:

All sales are final and non refundable. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred while shipping. If this happens, please contact Marie Artistic Joy within 3 days of receiving your package at: info@mariadesignart.com. Please keep all packaging as photos may be requested by Marie Artistic Joy.
